G'Day Fellow Mountain Bikers,
Bardy the action Scribe is back to his prolific self after a well earned break over the silly season. He has some exciting news about MTN and MTBing for you, as well as a scoop on international stars at Saturdays XC National Championship race in Cape Town.
The next Mugg & Bean 101 Skills Clinic will be held on Saturday the 3rd of February. For all the details have a look here, and if you would like to know the curriculum then check it out here.
The coffee powered athletes from Mugg & Bean had a wonderful time at the Fat Burning Crank Turning last Wednesday morning. The Cycle Lab race snakes set all time records for most inventive excuses this time round, as did head Mugger, Richard Beswick. There is speculation about trying to get me out of bed on Monday morning for more Fat Burning (I certainly have enough of it) but I will take a little more convincing.
Send me a email if you would like to convince me!
Dorette Crous (who is away being a race snake this weekend) upset the weather gods and had her Kids Clinic 101 rained out last week. For all the details you can check it out here, and there is a link on the page to get hold of Dorette.
The "test track" sections of Organ Grinder have stood up to our African Storms over the last two days. Ons sal sien!!
I'll see you on the weekend. Keep the rubber side down.
Geoff the Aussie
